Located in Newcastle’s Helix zone next to the Newcastle United football grounds, this project is currently out to tender with a site start planned for 2026.

The hotel comprises eight floors and 198 bedrooms, featuring a large front-of-house area spread over two floors and an external terrace. The project employs different materials to reflect the architectural language of the surrounding area. The base course uses bricks in yellow, cream, and red tones to echo the nearby terrace houses, while the upper floors feature warm-coloured metal cladding systems that mirror the contemporary buildings in the area.
