This project, currently in the planning stage, involves adding a single-storey rear and side extension to the home. The extension will create a large, open-plan space that combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas.

The design includes a modern flat roof with large rooflights, sliding patio doors, and dark grey Cedral cladding. It blends well with the existing style of the house while giving the new extension a fresh, contemporary look.
