Cumming and Co Architects are pleased to be working on the newly approved Moxy Cardiff hotel development.

Situated just behind Cardiff Central Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, the site offers an excellent location for both business and leisure visitors. The development occupies part of the former Brains Brewery site and forms a key element of a wider urban regeneration initiative for the area.

The hotel will rise over six upper floors, providing 228 guest rooms in total, comprising 216 standard rooms and 12 accessible rooms. The ground floor will accommodate a range of ancillary facilities, including welcoming reception and lounge spaces designed for guests to relax, socialise, and enjoy food and drink. Moxy Cardiff will deliver a contemporary, comfortable, and convenient hotel experience in the heart of the city.
