Cumming and Co are currently working on the interior design of a new build 239 bed student accommodation in Manchester. The project has a variety of room types which include standard, premium, fully accessible, and future adaptable studios, all complete with their own kitchen facilities and en-suites. Shared facilities include generous social spaces, gym, cinema, laundry, and bike store.
