Work is now underway on the redevelopment of York’s former Banana Warehouse site. The project will deliver a modern 3–5 storey Marriott hotel with 168 bedrooms, alongside a stylish restaurant and bar, landscaped areas, and the restored Banana Warehouse façade to retain its historic character. Completion is scheduled for early 2027
