Distiller building & bottling plant, Perthshire

Client: Morrison & McKay

We are currently working with K.I.C. Holdings to provide a new distillery & bottling plant at Aberargie, Perthshire which is on site with a cost of £2.2m. Although not involved in the original planning application, we have provided input into the re-design of the development to achieve an enhanced working layout & value engineering for the client. It is worth noting that we have been involved in dealing with various other authorities on this project in relation to distilling, bonding etc.
